Communication was excellent from initial discussions and site visit to delivery of parts and installation. No hard sales pitch, but a care and consideration to make sure we got the right spec of building. The office itself is exactly what I wanted. The installers were all friendly and professional and the work was completed promptly and tidily.

Will was lovely nothing was to much trouble for him. We trusted him to install our building whilst we were abroad and he never let us down. He kept in touch and sent photographs. I have to say I was extremely impressed when we got home it was better than I thought.
I was very nervous as we had received a terrible service from another company called Hortons Log Cabins which was horrendous and they had to remove the building within 7 days of installation.
2 companies different ends of scale in every which way.
WRP I highly recommend and happy if Will ever needs anyone to come a view it

Will showed kindness and patience ensuring everything was customised for our needs. The subsequent site visit, delivery and build were faultless. Will and his team worked tirelessly in the hottest of weather to build our wonderful garden room. The finish is immaculate and surpassed all expectations.

From start to finish on what was a new type of construction, Will the owner bent over backwards to assist us giving us all the information and patiently changing the plans to accommodate us. The construction itself went so well despite raining on the first day and his team of workers worked so together. The finished garden room is a high quality addition to our home. Our sincere thanks.
